This Privacy Policy explains how Flourish Longer handles personal information when you visit flourishlonger.com, create an account, use member features, submit forms, purchase or request services, communicate with us, or participate in programs, events, surveys or other Flourish experiences.

Flourish Longer is an educational wellness platform led by Kaja Travnik. Our member tools are designed for education, habit support and personal reflection; they are not intended to create a medical record or provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Flourish Longer, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information, such as email address, authentication identifiers, preferred language, membership tier and account status.
• Information you voluntarily enter in member tools, including Daily Check-In answers about energy, sleep, stress, movement, mood and food, optional notes, food or activity diary entries, Challenge or Mastery progress and reflections, saved items, content progress, survey answers and feedback.
• Transaction and service information, such as membership or purchase status, product or service selected, billing history, booking or date requests and related support messages. Payment card details are generally processed by our payment provider rather than stored directly by Flourish Longer.
• Inquiry information from consultation, program, event, contact or Corporate Wellness forms, such as your name, email address, organization, goals, preferred dates and the information you choose to provide.
• Website and attribution data, such as page or event type, path visited, UTM source/medium/campaign, first-touch or latest-touch attribution and signup-started or signup-completed events. We may also receive ordinary technical information such as browser/device information and security logs from our infrastructure providers.
• Communication preferences, marketing consent or withdrawal records, reminder settings and snooze choices.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to operate and secure accounts; provide the membership tier and content you request; save progress and resume state; deliver Daily Check-Ins, diaries, Challenges and Mastery experiences; process or administer purchases, bookings and requests; respond to support and Corporate Wellness inquiries; send necessary account, security, transactional and reminder messages; honor communication preferences; improve content and product experience; understand aggregate acquisition and usage patterns; prevent abuse; and comply with legal, tax, accounting and security obligations.

We do not use member Check-In, diary or reflection data to diagnose disease or make medical treatment decisions.

3. Wellness and potentially sensitive information

Some information you choose to enter may relate to wellness, health habits or how you feel. Please enter only information you are comfortable sharing with the service. We use this information to provide the features you request, such as progress history, reminders and educational context. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give this information additional protection. Where required, we will rely on the consent or other lawful basis required for that processing.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to operate Flourish Longer. Depending on the feature, these may include Supabase for authentication and database services; Cloudflare for website infrastructure and object storage; Stripe for payments and subscriptions; Resend for transactional or reminder email; MailerLite for marketing or CRM email when enabled; Google and Apple for optional sign-in; and other vendors needed for hosting, security, analytics, communications or business operations.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, complete a business transaction such as a merger or asset transfer, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money. If future advertising practices create a legally defined “sale” or “sharing” obligation, we will provide any notice and choice required by applicable law.

5. Cookies, analytics and attribution

Flourish Longer may use essential browser storage or cookies needed for sign-in, security, language, preferences and site operation, as well as first-party analytics or attribution to understand how people find and use the site. Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will request it before using those technologies. You can also use browser controls to limit cookies, although some account features may not function correctly without essential storage.

6. Email and communication choices

We may send service-related messages needed to operate your account, such as confirmation, password/security notices, purchase or billing messages and reminders you enable. Marketing or newsletter messages are intended to be optional. You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or adjust available communication preferences in your account. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional or security communications.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain your account and requested history, to meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and security obligations, and to resolve disputes. Retention can differ by data type. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it, subject to lawful backup, recordkeeping and suppression-list requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and should contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

9. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, portability, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosures. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy or data-protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.

10. International processing

Flourish Longer and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. When applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use appropriate contractual, organizational or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

11. Children and minors

Flourish Longer is not designed as a service for young children. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms or consent to the relevant data processing where you live, a parent or legal guardian must act for you where permitted. If we learn that personal information from a child was collected in a way not permitted by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as Flourish Longer, its vendors or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
