Terms of Use
Last updated September 9, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of flourishlonger.com, Flourish Longer accounts, memberships, digital content and other consumer-facing Flourish Longer services unless a specific offer or written agreement states additional or different terms. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. What Flourish Longer provides
Flourish Longer is an educational wellness platform led by Kaja Travnik. It may provide public educational content; Free, Plus and Complete memberships; articles, podcast and video content; guided Journeys; 7-Day Challenges; Complete Deep Dives, Capstones and 7-Day Mastery; Daily Check-Ins and simple diary/progress tools; separately sold programs, workshops, events, consultations, nutrition counselling and private online workouts; and Corporate Wellness inquiry pathways. Availability may vary by location, membership level and launch stage.
2. Educational wellness only — not medical care
Flourish Longer content and member tools are for general education, wellness support and personal reflection. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care or a substitute for an appropriately licensed healthcare professional. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Do not delay or disregard professional medical care because of something you read, watch, hear or record through Flourish Longer. New, persistent, severe or concerning symptoms should be evaluated by an appropriate healthcare professional. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, use the emergency services available where you are.
3. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If the law where you live requires a parent or guardian to agree on your behalf, that person must do so before you use paid or account-based services. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure and promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Accounts and paid access are for the registered user unless an offer expressly allows household, group or organizational use. You may not share credentials in a way that circumvents membership or purchase requirements.
4. Memberships and automatic renewal
Free membership has no recurring membership charge. Paid Plus and Complete memberships may be offered monthly or annually. When you purchase a recurring paid membership, you authorize the payment provider to charge the price and applicable taxes at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. The checkout page should show the price, billing interval and material subscription terms before you complete payment.
Current published membership pricing may change for future billing periods. If we change the price of an existing recurring subscription, we will provide any advance notice required by applicable law before the new price applies.
5. Billing, taxes and payment providers
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another identified payment provider. You authorize the payment provider to process the payment method you submit. Prices may be displayed before taxes, VAT or similar charges unless the checkout states otherwise. You are responsible for amounts properly charged under your purchase, subject to applicable consumer law and our refund/cancellation policy.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Recurring memberships can be cancelled before the next renewal to stop future recurring charges. Unless applicable law or a specific written offer requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period and access continues through that period. We generally do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a membership period. Billing errors, duplicate charges and rights that cannot legally be waived are handled separately.
Programs, live events, private services and other separately purchased offers may have offer-specific cancellation, rescheduling, replay, credit or refund terms presented before purchase or booking. Those specific terms control for that offer. See our Cancellations & Refunds page for the general policy.

Content access depends on your current membership tier and the access rules shown for the service. If you downgrade or a paid membership ends, content that requires a higher tier may stop being available when the change takes effect. We may retain progress, saved-item or account history as described in the Privacy Policy so it can be restored if appropriate, but continued access to paid content is not guaranteed after entitlement ends.
8. Programs, events and private services
A program, live event, consultation, nutrition-counselling service, private workout or Corporate Wellness engagement may include additional details about price, format, dates, availability, rescheduling, deliverables or participation requirements. Those details form part of your agreement for that specific offer. Private wellness, nutrition and movement services are not a substitute for medical care and may be limited by professional, licensing or geographic requirements.
9. Intellectual property and permitted use
The Flourish Longer site, branding, written lessons, videos, audio, graphics, program materials, Challenges, Mastery materials and other original content are protected by intellectual-property laws and contractual rights. Subject to these Terms and your active entitlement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the content for your own non-commercial educational use.
You may not reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, scrape, systematically download, distribute, publicly perform, create a competing content library from, or remove ownership notices from Flourish Longer materials except where law expressly permits it or we give written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use Flourish Longer to violate law; interfere with security or service operation; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; abuse payment, promotional or access systems; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use automated means to extract substantial portions of the service without permission.
11. Feedback, submissions and testimonials
You retain ownership of the personal content you submit, such as private notes, diary entries and feedback. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process and display that information back to you and to operate the requested service. Optional survey or feedback submissions may be used in aggregate or de-identified form to improve Flourish Longer. We will not publish an identifiable testimonial or personal success story as marketing merely because you submitted private feedback; separate permission may be requested where appropriate.
12. Third-party services and links
The service may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment, authentication, video, email or other platforms. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Flourish Longer is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that we do not control.
13. Availability and changes to the service
We may improve, replace, suspend or discontinue features, content or offers. We do not promise that every item will remain available forever. For paid recurring services, material changes will be handled in a commercially reasonable manner and with any notice or remedy required by applicable law.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flourish Longer is provided on an “as available” basis. Educational content necessarily involves generalization, and individual wellness outcomes vary. We do not guarantee specific health, fitness, body-composition, hormone, longevity, financial or other personal outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that applicable law says cannot be excluded.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flourish Longer and the people involved in providing the service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service, loss of data, loss of access or reliance on general educational content. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including rights available under mandatory consumer-protection law.
16. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, nonpayment or unlawful use. Where practical and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred or rights that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual-property protections and lawful recordkeeping.
17. Disputes and applicable consumer law
Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. These Terms do not remove any mandatory consumer, privacy or other rights you have under the law that applies to you. Any governing-law, venue, arbitration or similar clause contained in a separate written agreement for a specific service will apply only to the extent it is legally enforceable.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The updated Terms will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. If a material change affects an existing paid recurring service, we will provide any notice required by applicable law before the change takes effect.
19. Contact
